Ms Rebecca Ryan

Ms Rebecca Ryan was appointed the CEO of Queanbeyan-Palerange Council in March 2022. Ms Ryan was the General Manager of Blayney Shire Council, which was recently awarded the A.R. Bluett Memorial Award for being the most progressive rural council in NSW, an award also won by QPRC in 2020. 

Ms Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New England, a Master of Local Government from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Rural Science from the University of New England.
