Cr Kenrick Winchester

Mayor Kenrick Winchester was first elected to Queanbeyan City Council in 2012 and elected to the first Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council in 2017 after the merger of Queanbeyan City and Palerang Councils.

Mr Winchester has 15 years’ experience in contract management working in Fleet Management and Relationship Management roles with the APS and SG Fleet.

He is the Vice-President of the Respite Care for QBN Foundation, President of the Queanbeyan East P&C Association and a board member of the NSW P&C Federation.

Cr Winchester was elected to the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council in December 2021 and was elected Mayor by the Councillors in January 2022.
