Mr Andrew Wilsmore

Andrew Wilsmore is the newly appointed General Manager of Dubbo Regional Council, bringing extensive leadership experience in local government, corporate strategy and financial management to the role. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Alice Springs Town Council, where he championed a collaborative and ratepayer-first approach to regional operations.

Having grown up in regional New South Wales, Andrew maintains a strong connection to the area and deeply values Dubbo’s role as a major economic hub and regional connector. As he steps into the leadership of Dubbo Regional Council, he is committed to delivering key infrastructure projects, ensuring high quality service delivery and working alongside Council to achieve meaningful outcomes for communities across the entire region.
