Mr Jason Gordon

Jason is a respected leader with an extraordinary depth of experience across local government, state government and major public sector organisations. His background spans strategic leadership, planning, infrastructure, asset management, governance, financial stewardship, stakeholder and community engagement, and proven success leading large and complex organisations.

A proud Barkindji man, Jason has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, bringing a values-driven leadership approach grounded in integrity and community connection. Prior to joining AlburyCity, he served as Executive Director Operations at the NSW Environment Protection Authority, responsible for leading complex operational and regulatory functions across NSW.

Earlier roles included Acting Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Services at Water Infrastructure NSW, senior executive positions within Transport for NSW, and CEO/General Manager of Wingecarribee Shire Council.
